Start with the records your shop uses every day
SellingIt is most useful when the team agrees on a simple routine before entering live data. Set up only the supported workflows the business needs, then make sure the people responsible for sales, receiving, credit, and review understand when to record each event.
- Set up the business. Add the supported store information, decide who needs access, and review roles and permissions.
- Organize products. Use consistent names, categories, SKUs, cost prices, selling prices, and opening stock where applicable.
- Record the sale. Select products, confirm quantities and configured prices, record the supported payment or customer-credit arrangement, and complete the bill.
- Keep stock and purchases current. Record received goods against the relevant products and supplier, and investigate differences before adjusting stock.
- Review customers and reports. Record repayments promptly, check customer balances, and use sales, inventory, purchase, expense, and other available reports to review the underlying activity.
Confirm the requirements that matter to you
SellingIt is web-based. Connectivity, browsers, devices, billing fields, tax settings, hardware, and feature availability should be confirmed for the actual shop setup. The platform does not claim offline operation, full accounting, tax filing, or unverified integrations.
